Recipe: Ingredients – 1 cup water, 1 tsp of tea, 1 tbsp of honey, 1bsp of fresh lemon juice, 1-2 oz of your favorite bourdon or whiskey.
Bring cup of water to a boil, add tea to mug, (using a strainer or tea-sac), pour hot water over tea, steep 3-4 minutes, (when making a tea toddy you can make the tea a little stronger) remove tea strainer/bag, stir in honey, lemon juice and spirit. Garnish with lemon slice or cinnamon stick. Sip and Enjoy
